It’s a Bird… It’s a Plane…

Did you know snowy owls often gather around the airfields of MSP Airport? On cold winter days, birders, including my family and me, flock to the outdoor aircraft viewing area to catch a glimpse of these majestic owls. Bundled up against the elements, we watch as their cloud-white feathers contrast beautifully against the bright blue skies filled with “other” frequent flyers.
