The Minneapolis Parks Foundation transforms human lives through parks and public spaces by aligning philanthropic investment and community vision. As the primary nonprofit philanthropic partner for the Minneapolis park system, we forge effective partnerships to help ensure everyone in Minneapolis lives within walking distance of welcoming, vibrant parks reflective of the communities they serve.
LoveMplsParks was created to help engage citizens as park advocates, increase the use and recognition of park amenities, and give park visitors an opportunity to display their support. We sell parks-branded apparel and co-present the annual Posters for Parks show. 50% of all profits are donated to support the community-driven projects of the People for Parks Fund.
