Pickup in the Park

My favorite sport growing up was basketball. I would always go to the park with my friends/siblings to play ball. There was no memory more visceral than that of double rims and the sound of a perfect shot splashing through the metal chains.

Basketball was an integral part of my growing up, especially as a child of the 90s. Therefore, it only felt natural to draw inspiration from the vibrant world of 90s basketball for my poster design. The color palette I chose was influenced by the iconic Reebok pumps that adorned my feet as a kid.

To add an extra layer of nostalgia, the characters engaged in the design are all inspired by memorable characters from 90s basketball movies. Can you figure out the iconic inspiration behind each character?
